A few things to know.
Is this set up for my building?
Yes. Silvin Rent is a service configured around your property, branding, tenants, and billing account. We talk through your building and confirm what you need before setup.
Do tenants see anyone else's information?
Tenants sign in to their own private account. They see their own rent balance, invoices, and payment history. Owners have a separate view for managing their building.
Can I change what each tenant is charged?
You can manage individual rent amounts and plan future changes. Live changes are confirmed in your billing setup before new charges begin, and past invoices stay in the payment history.
What happens when I open the demo?
You'll see a working portal with sample owner and tenant accounts. You can explore the dashboards and try a simulated payment. The demo uses sample data and does not collect real rent.
